Tidal Wash Exterior Cleaning Solutions LLC – Terms of Service

Welcome to Tidal Wash Exterior Cleaning Solutions LLC (“Tidal Wash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, soft washing, stain removal, and related services (“Services”). By booking or receiving our Services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
Tidal Wash offers residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:
Services may vary depending on property condition, accessibility, and weather. All service appointments are subject to availability.
While we use professional-grade equipment and industry-standard methods, Tidal Wash cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains or surface discoloration. Some issues (e.g., rust, oxidation, or embedded organic buildup) may be permanent due to age, surface material, or prior damage.
For painted or striped surfaces, weather conditions and surface conditions may impact adhesion and longevity. We do not guarantee the long-term durability of painted lines if the asphalt or concrete is unsealed, crumbling, or heavily worn.
All services are provided “as-is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee future resistance to stains, fading, or regrowth of organic buildup.
To ensure safe and efficient service, customers must:
For parking lot painting, the customer is responsible for ensuring the surface is clean and dry before striping unless a cleaning service is also scheduled. We are not responsible for premature wear caused by pre-existing conditions such as surface degradation, loose gravel, or oil saturation.
We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including loose paint, cracked surfaces, deteriorated mortar, or oxidized finishes.
Tidal Wash is fully insured. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as follows:
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time without penalty. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Please note that we may reschedule services due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions.
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept the following forms of payment:
Returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee.
With your verbal or written consent, we may take before-and-after photos of your property, including parking lots and pavement areas, for quality assurance and marketing purposes. We will never disclose identifying details or address information without your permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Tidal Wash reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted to our website. Continued use of our Services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
